Embedded Standard Products (ESP) from the QuickRAMTM family offer DualPort SRAM modules and FPGA logic. There are up to 90,000 usable PLD gates in the QuickRAM family of ESPs. QuickLogic's patented ViaLinkTM technology is used to fabricate QuickRAM ESPs on a 0.35 m four-layer metal process, offering a rare combination of high performance, high density, low cost, and extreme ease-of-use.
There are two fundamental software support packages available for the entire QuickRAM family. The most comprehensive ESP software solution, from design entry to logic synthesis, to place and route, to simulation, is offered by the turnkey QuickWorksTM package. For designers who use Cadence, Exemplar, Mentor, Synopsys, Synplicity, Viewlogic, Aldec, or other third-party tools for design entry, synthesis, or simulation, the QuickToolsTM packages offer a solution.
