The QL5732 device, part of QuickLogic's QuickPCI Embedded Standard Product (ESP) family, offers a comprehensive and programmable PCI interface solution. This device enables the maximum 32-bit PCI bus bandwidth while relieving the designer's concerns about PCI bus compliance (132 MBps).
The device's programmable logic section has 22 QuickLogic Dual-Port RAM Blocks and 1,348 QuickLogic Logic Cells. There are numerous width/depth configurations for these programmable RAM blocks. They can also be used as FIFOs when combined with logic cells, or as ROMs when powered on and initialized via Serial EEPROM.
The QL5732 device has undergone thorough hardware testing and complies with PCI 2.3 electrical and timing specifications. The QL5732 device operates at 2.5 V and has I/Os that are multi-volt compatible. The device is completely compatible with 3.3 V applications and can operate with ease in 3 V embedded systems.
