The device's programmable logic section has 22 QuickLogic Dual-Port RAM Blocks and 1,348 QuickLogic Logic Cells. There are numerous width/depth configurations for these programmable RAM blocks. They can also be used as FIFOs when combined with logic cells, or as ROMs when powered on and initialized via Serial EEPROM.
