AFS250-1QN180 Overview

The AFS250-1QN180 answers system architects' need for a tool that streamlines design and frees their imagination. AFS250-1QN180 incorporates mixed-signal analog, flash memory, and FPGA fabric in a monolithic device as the first mixed-signal programmable logic family in the world. AFS250-1QN180 technology enables designers to produce feature-rich systems quickly from concept to finished design. To fulfill the rigorous needs of mixed-signal system design, this new technology makes use of the special features of Microsemi flash-based FPGAs, such as a high-isolation, triple-well process, and the capacity to support high-voltage transistors.
