This EP1S60F1020I6GB is available with EPC devices: Single-chip configuration solution for devices made by Altera, including the ACEX 1K, APEX 20K (including APEX 20K, APEX 20KC, and APEX 20KE), APEX II, Arria GX, Cyclone, Cyclone II, FLEX, 10K (including FLEX 10KE and FLEX 10KA), Mercury, Stratix II, and Stratix II GX. Contains flash memories with capacities of 4, 8, and 16 MB for configuration data storage. The effective configuration density almost doubles thanks to an on-chip decompression function. External flash interface provides concurrent programming of flash and external processor access to free areas of memory. Standard flash die and a controller die merged into a single stacked chip package.
