Utilizing the device interfaces and protocols is quick and simple thanks to parameterizable IP cores from Altera and partners.
The device contains 152 I/Os and 1172 blocks. A 1.15 to 1.25 volt operating supply voltage is available. SMD or SMT mounting techniques are used.The 239 Mbit distributed RAM is packaged in a tray.
