XC6VCX130T-2FFG1156C
The 600 I/O ports on the device provide more efficient data transfer. Logic blocks are made up of 128000 logic cells. It is driven by 1 volts. The FPGA module can be mounted to the development board using an attaching surface mount. A battery between 0.95 and 1.05 volts powers this device. When running, the temperature should be maintained between 0°C and 85°C TJ. There are integrated 600 outputs in the device. This FPGA model is included in Tray as opposed to other FPGA models in order to conserve space.
