XC6VHX250T-1FFG1154C Overview

For more effective data transport, 320 I/Os are provided. There are 251904 logic components or cells in a logic block. A supply voltage of 1V volts must be given for the device to work. Surface Mount connectors are used to connect FPGA modules to development boards. FPGA chips require a supply voltage between 0.95V and 1.05V in order to function. When running, the operating temperature should be maintained between 0°C and 85°C TJ. There are 320 distinct outputs provided in this device to make it as adaptable as possible. This FPGA model is included in Tray as opposed to other FPGA models in order to conserve space. This FPGA may operate flawlessly in accordance with its specifications as long as it is put in Surface Mount.
