To facilitate more effective data transfer, this device has 400 I/Os. 199680 logic elements/cells are needed to create a basic building block. A voltage supply of 0.9V volts is needed to power FPGA chips. You can attach this FPGA module to the development board using a Surface attach connector. It requires a voltage supply between 0.87V and 0.93V to function. When the unit is in use, operating temperatures should always be kept within the 0°C to 85°C TJ range. There are integrated 400 outputs in the device. This FPGA model is included in Tray as opposed to other FPGA models to conserve space. It has 784 terminations overall.
