In order to achieve a more coherent data flow, a total of 720 I/Os are designed. 241152 logic components/cells make up a fundamental building unit. Power for FPGA chips comes from a 1V supply. With a Surface Mount, this FPGA module can be connected to the development board. It requires a power supply between 0.95V and 1.05V to function. The operating temperature should be maintained between 0°C and 85°C TJ when in use. This device includes a total of 720 outputs. This FPGA model can fit inside a very small area using the Tray layout. This FPGA chip offers a total of 15335424 RAM bits.
