The 400 I/O ports on the device allow for more efficient data transport. There are 241152 logic elements or cells in a logic block. FPGA chips require a power source of 1V volts to function. A Surface Mount-pin can be used to connect an FPGA module to a development board. The device needs a supply voltage between 0.95 and 1.05 volts to function.
