A total of 600 I/Os makes it possible to transport data more coherently. 241152 logic components/cells make up a fundamental building unit. 0.9 volts is the supply voltage. The development board can be connected to this FPGA module via Surface Mount connections. It requires a source voltage between 0.91V and 0.97V to function. When the device is in use, FPGA chips are required to maintain the operating temperature within the range of -40°C and 100°C TJ. This device has 600 outputs built into it. Due to space restrictions, Tray now includes this FPGA type.
