Data transfers are more organized with 600 I/Os. A basic construction block has 364032 logic cells or components. One volt serves as the power source for it. This FPGA module can be mounted to the development board via a Surface Mount connector. It requires a power supply between 0.95V and 1.05V to function. Operating temperatures should be kept between -40°C and 100°C TJ while in use. There are 600 outputs incorporated into a device like this. Due to space restrictions, Tray now includes this FPGA type.
