XC6VLX760-1FFG1760C
A basic building block is composed of 758784 logic cells. Power for FPGA chips comes from a 1V supply. The FPGA module can be attached to the development board via the Surface Mount-slot. It requires a power supply between 0.95V and 1.05V to function. The system's operating temperature should stay between 0°C and 85°C TJ during operation. In order to conserve space, Tray contains a model of this FPGA.
