The 1200 I/O ports on the device enable more efficient data transport. There are 758784 logic elements or cells in a logic block. There have been 1760 terminations in all. This FPGA module has 3.2MB of RAM, which is necessary for the application to run properly. This FPGA should be able to perform as expected in terms of its capabilities and specs as long as it is put in Surface Mount. Designers are able to take full advantage of its flexibility when running with a supply voltage of 1V. This module can withstand temperatures up to 100°C during normal operation. The operating temperature should be higher than zero degrees Celsius. Its fundamental building blocks are composed of 59280 logic blocks (LABs).
