Designed for embedded applications, the AMD Xilinx XC7S15-1CSGA225C is a high-performance FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) integrated circuit. With 1000 LABs/CLBs and 100 I/O pins, it is perfect for tiny designs. The system has 12800 logic components (cells) and 368640 RAM bits overall. It comes in a 225-CSPBGA (13x13) packaging and has a voltage supply range of 0.95V to 1.05V. 0°C to 85°C (TJ) is the operational temperature range. This FPGA features a special capability that enables field programming and reprogramming, providing flexibility during the design process.
