XC7Z010-1CLG400C Overview

A Xilinx Inc. Artix-7 FPGA is the XC7Z010-1CLG400C. It contains 28K logic cells and dual ARM Cortex-A9 MPCore with CoreSight as the core processor. This FPGA contains 130 I/Os, runs at 667MHz, and can withstand temperatures between 0°C and 85°C. XC7Z010-1CLG400C is widely used and offered in a 400-CSPBGA (17x17) package.
