XC7Z010-2CLG400C Overview

The performance of theXC7Z010-2CLG400C ranges from -3 to -1LI, with -3 being the fastest. The -1LI devices are screened for lower maximum static power and can operate at either of two programmable logic (PL) VCCINT/VCCBRAM voltages, 0.95V or 1.0V. A -1LI device's speed standard is the same as the -1 speed grade. The PL VCCINT/VCCBRAM = 0.95V operating voltage reduces the -1LI static and dynamic power. For the Zynq-7000 device, commercial, extended, industrial, and enlarged (Q-temp) temperature ranges are defined for the device's DC and AC characteristics. All DC and AC electrical properties are the same for a specific speed grade, with the exception of the operating temperature range or unless otherwise indicated (for example, the timing characteristics of an industrial device with a speed grade of -1 are the same as those of a commercial device with a speed grade of -1). However, in the commercial, extended, industrial, or Q-temp temperature ranges, only a few speed grades and/or devices are offered.
