XC7Z020-2CLG400CES Overview

The AMD Xilinx XC7Z020-2CLG400CES is a system on chip (SoC) integrated circuit. It has a dual ARM Cortex-A9 MPCore™ with CoreSight™ as its core processor. The SoC operates at 766MHz and contains 256KB of RAM. The SoC offers CANbus, EBI/EMI, Ethernet, I2C, MMC/SD/SDIO, SPI, UART/USART, and USB OTG as connectivity options. The SoC was constructed using an MCU and FPGA architecture, and it features 130 I/O. 85K logic cells and an Artix-7 FPGA are the SoC's main features. The SoC comes in a 400-LFBGA, CSPBGA package/case and has a 400-CSPBGA (17x17) supplier device packaging. It is ECCN 3A991D compatible and has an operating temperature range of 0°C to 85°C. Although it is now out of date, this product was widely utilized in a variety of industries, including the automotive, aerospace, and defense sectors.
