XC7Z020-3CLG484E Overview

A potent system on chip (SoC) integrated circuit from the Zynq-7000 family is the XC7Z020-3CLG484E. It has two ARM Cortex-A9 MPCoreTM processors with CoreSightTM that run at 866 MHz. It is perfect for MCU and FPGA applications thanks to its 256KB RAM size and 85K logic cells. The XC7Z020-3CLG484E is compatible with CANbus, EBI/EMI, Ethernet, I2C, MMC/SD/SDIO, SPI, UART/USART, and USB OTG, among other connectivity protocols. It contains 130 I/O pins and peripherals like DMA as well. The device has a temperature range of 0°C to 100°C (TJ) and is packaged in a 484-LFBGA, CSPBGA package. XC7Z020-3CLG484E is based on the Xilinx SoC architecture. These products integrate a feature-rich dual-core or single-core ARM® Cortex™-A9 based processing system (PS) and 28 nm Xilinx programmable logic (PL) in a single device. The ARM Cortex-A9 CPUs are the heart of the PS and also include on-chip memory, external memory interfaces, and a rich set of peripheral connectivity interfaces.
