XQ2V3000-4CG717M Overview

A platform FPGA with great performance for low-density to high-density designs based on IP cores and bespoke modules is the Virtex-II series. With PCI, LVDS, and DDR interfaces, the XQ2V3000-4CG717M offers comprehensive solutions for applications in wireless, networking, video, and DSP.

The XQ2V3000-4CG717M architecture and 0.15 m / 0.12 m CMOS 8-layer metal technology are designed for fast speed and low power consumption. The Virtex-II series is an effective substitute for mask-programmed gates arrays because it combines a wide range of customizable features and a huge range of densities up to 10 million system gates. The Virtex-II family consists of 11 members, as indicated in Table 1, with system gate counts ranging from 40K to 8M.
