With support for 2.5 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V I/Os and fabrication on 0.22 mm / 0.25 mm CMOS anti-fuse technology, the SX-A is a flexible platform for integrating designs while significantly reducing time-to-market.
The device architecture of the A54SX32A-TQG100I offers a distinctive method for chip routing and module organization that satisfies performance demands and provides the best register/logic mix for a wide range of applications. The patented metal-to-metal programmable anti-fuse interconnect elements from A54SX32A-TQG100I are used to connect these logic modules. When programmed, the anti-fuses, which are by default open circuits, create a stable low-impedance connection.
