10M04SCU169C8G Overview

The 10M04SCU169C8G redefines non-volatile integration by offering cutting-edge processing capabilities in a low-cost, single-chip, small form factor programmable logic device. Densities can be anywhere from 2K to 50K LEs using either a single or dual-core voltage source. This expands on the legacy of single-chip MAX device types from the past. High I/O pin count and cutting-edge microwafer-scale packaging (3 mm by 3 mm) choices are both available for the 10M04SCU169C8G. This device's instant-on capability is made feasible by the use of integrated NOR flash manufactured using TSMC's 55 nm process technology. Dual configuration flash and ADCs (analog-to-digital converters), which enable the storage and dynamic switching of two images on a single chip, are integrated features. The 10M04SCU169C8G features full-featured FPGA capabilities, such as the Nios II soft core embedded CPU, in addition to CPLD capabilities.
