The 5CEFA4U15I7N leverages TSMC's 28-nm low-power (28LP) process for development, cutting overall power consumption and static power consumption by 40% and 30%, respectively, in comparison to earlier product generations. The lowest power serial transceivers are offered by this 5CEFA4U15I7N. Each channel uses less than 1.8W of power at 5Gbps and can process up to 4,000 MIPS while using only 88 mW of power. In addition, the series incorporates many sophisticated intellectual property modules. This 5CEFA4U15I7N also offers the most complete design protection features, including support for volatile and non-volatile keys 256-bit advanced encryption standard (AES), to safeguard significant IP investment.
