5M2210ZF256C5N Overview

The novel 5M2210ZF256C5N architecture consists of a large variety of logic elements (LEs arranged in logic array blocks (LABs)), memory resources (non-volatile flash and LE RAM), global signals (clocks or control signals), and a sizable number of user I/Os. The most effective, direct link between input, logic, and output is used by the MultiTrack interconnect to enhance performance and reduce power consumption. The 5M2210ZF256C5N's MultiVolt I/O features enable various I/O banks to function with various I/O voltages and link to other devices without any issues. One 1.8-V external supply (VCCINT) powers the whole device, enabling CPLD operation with little dynamic and standby power. The greater density products contain four I/O banks as opposed to the two found in the lesser density devices.
