The revolutionary 5M240ZM68C5N design consists of a large variety of logic elements (LEs arranged in logic array blocks (LABs)), memory resources (non-volatile flash and LE RAM), global signals (clocks or control signals), and a sizable number of user I/Os. The most effective, direct link between input, logic, and output is used by the MultiTrack interconnect to maximize performance and reduce power consumption. Multiple I/O banks can operate with various I/O voltages and link to other devices without any issues thanks to the 5M240ZM68C5N's multiVolt I/O capabilities. One 1.8-V external supply (VCCINT) powers the entire device, enabling CPLD operation with minimal dynamic and standby power.
