The ground-breaking 5M80ZT100C5N design includes a wide range of logic components (LEs organized in logic array blocks (LABs)), memory resources (non-volatile flash and LE RAM), global signals (clocks or control signals), and a significant number of user I/Os. The MultiTrack interconnect maximizes performance and minimizes power consumption by using the most efficient, direct connection between input, logic, and output. MultiVolt I/O capabilities offered by this 5M80ZT100C5N allow multiple I/O banks to work with different I/O voltages and connect to other devices without any problems. The device core is powered by a single 1.8-V external supply (VCCINT), which enables CPLD operation with low dynamic and standby power.
