Additionally, the Universal Interconnect Matrix (UIM) is used in the XC73108-7PC84C architecture, ensuring 100% interconnectivity of all internal processes.The XC73108-7PC84C devices come in pin-grid-array (PGA), ball-grid-array (BGA), and quad flat pack (QFP) packaging, as well as plastic and ceramic leaded chip carriers.
